Hello and thank you for considering Mac’s Floral for your business coaching needs.  We pride ourselves on years in the floral industry developing systems that work for us and help get the job done quickly and efficiently.  We don’t always get it perfect but we hope by teaching you some of our systems that the time you spend in your studio is efficient, fruitful and includes the right amount of creativity to help build your brand and your team.

With 12 years in the industry, Katie and her team have spent over a decade refining every detail of the business from sourcing, vendor relationships, client management, work flow, inventory and more.  We hope to save you years of heartache and painful mistakes that we have already made for you!  Plus we love this industry and want to see it thrive for many years to come.

Who’s my coach?

Owner and lead designer Katie Bennett grew up admiring the gardens of her grandparents and the fruiting trees around the neighborhood but never realized her calling until being thrown into faux floral designing for a larger retailer in the early 2000’s.  From there, she sprung into real flowers and design.  Starting out slow and (with a little push from the right people) grew her business to accommodate 50-60 weddings each season out of a downtown warehouse space in rural Montana.  She is a firm believer in caring for the earth, following sustainable practice and supporting local growers and creators.  She has 15 years of experience in the floral industry and has diligently built relationships with suppliers and florists from around the world.  She focuses on full service wedding and event floral design work with an emphasis on installation. 

What can I expect during my session(s)?

This is a wonderful question.  From novice to professional often the answer is right in front of us but seeing through our own road blocks can feel impossible.  Taking time to hone in on the blind spots can help clear that road and allow you to see the path ahead.  We offer a variety of sessions geared to assist any level.

What is my investment?

Coaching sessions via Zoom or phone begin at $350 with a 2-hour initial visit (no design instruction)

Coaching session with follow up (we find this is the best way to hold you accountable to actionable steps we discuss during our time together) runs $750 and includes 3 x 2 hour sessions. This includes an initial call to determine goals, a follow up call to track progress and a final call to wrap up! 

*Additional time can be booked at $75 per hour for clients who choose this option.

 

In person design sessions

Half day sessions begin at $750 and include all supplies, 1 meal and 1 free hour of consulting

Full day sessions begin at $1250 and include all supplies, 2 meals and 2 free hours of consulting

Both options leave a 30 minute window at the end of the session to tackle and questions that arise during your design session. 

*** half day rate is 4 hours, full day rate is 8 hours with a 30 minute break for lunch
